TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THE PROMOTION “EXTENDED WARRANTY UP TO 5 YEARS FOR BERG PRODUCTS”
1. The promotion consists in receiving an extended warranty of up to 5 years from the date of purchase on products indicated in the regulations and purchased during the promotion period provided that the following promotion rules are met.
2. Participation in the promotion is free of charge.
3. Only persons of full age may participate in the promotion.
4. The promotion is intended for individual customers who use household appliances only in a household setting.
5. The promotion is open to all Kitchen Furniture Studios and stationary shops that have BERG products in their offer.
6. The promotion runs from 30 March 2021 to 1 April 2022.
7. The following BERG brand products are included in the promotion:

8. In order to participate in the promotion and receive the “Extended guarantee of up to 5 years for BERG products” the participant must purchase the above mentioned BERG product at Studio Mebli Kuchennych or at a stationary shop and, obligatorily, within 30 days from the date of purchase of the above mentioned product, fill in the registration form via the website available at www.berg-agd.pl. By filling in this form, the participant of the promotion agrees for TRES Sp. z o.o. to use and process his/her personal data for the purposes of this promotion in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act of October 29, 1997 (Journal of Laws No. 133, item 833) and consents to receive for information and marketing purposes information about services and products of the BERG brand to the e-mail address and telephone number provided in accordance with the Act of July 18, 2002 on electronic services (Journal of Laws No. 144, item 1204). 9.
9. Within 30 days of completing the registration form the Promoter will send by e-mail a confirmation of receipt of the “Extended warranty of up to 5 years for BERG products”, which will be the basis for warranty repairs for a period of 5 years from the date of purchase.
10. The deadline for completing the registration form via www.berg-agd.pl is 30 days from the date of purchase of BERG products.
11. In order to be eligible for the promotion, you must provide BERG with:
(a) proof of purchase of the promotional appliance;
(b) proof of the “BERG Extended Warranty of up to 5 years on BERG products”.
12. The detailed terms and conditions of the warranty for the products covered by the promotion can be found at www.berg-agd.pl.
13. The participant of the promotion in the 3rd, 4th and 5th year of the warranty has the exclusive right to repair the product excluding the right to replace the product with a new one.

1. The promotion consists in receiving an extended warranty of up to 4 years from the date of purchase on products indicated in the regulations and purchased during the promotion period provided that the following promotion rules are met.
2. Participation in the promotion is free of charge.
3. Only persons of full age may participate in the promotion.
4. The promotion is intended for individual customers who use household appliances only in a household setting.
5. The promotion is open to all Kitchen Furniture Studios and stationary shops that have BERG products in their offer.

9. In order to receive the 4-year guarantee, the serial number of the appliance must be stated in the form.
10. Within 30 days from the date of completion of the registration form the Promoter will send by e-mail a confirmation of receipt of the “4-year extended warranty for BERG products”, which will be the basis for warranty repairs within 4 years from the date of purchase.
11. The deadline for completing the registration form via www.berg-agd.pl is 30 days from the date of purchase of BERG products.
12. Entitlement to the promotion will be subject to the presentation to BERG’s service department of: a) proof of purchase of the product covered by the promotion; b) confirmation of the “BERG Extended Warranty of up to 4 years on BERG products”.
13. The detailed terms and conditions of the warranty for the products covered by the promotion can be found at www.berg-agd.pl.
14. The participant of the promotion in the 4th and 5th year of the warranty shall have the exclusive right to repair the product excluding the right to replace the product with a new one.
