Worried that your sink will get excessively dirty and scratched? We have a remedy for that! Read these tips and you will enjoy a beautiful sink for years to come.
When deciding to buy a granite sink, you need to know that they are resistant to abrasion, heat and small mechanical damage. Remember, however, that in order to enjoy a beautiful appearance you must take care of it.
The granite sink should be washed after each use. Grease and residue from dirty dishes can leave residue and discoloration. There are various ways to wash the sink, one of which is to wipe the bowl and draining board with a soft sponge or cloth soaked in dish liquid or a special preparation (here you can insert the name NANOPURI and link it). After each washing, the sink should be wiped dry with a kitchen towel or cloth. With this simple action, we can eliminate the problem of scale buildup. If traces of scale have already formed, we can remove them with a cotton swab soaked in vinegar.
Once a week or two weeks, the sink should be impregnated. It is best to do this with a specialized preparation (here you can insert the name NANOGRAN and link it). Proper impregnation will restore its shine and protect it from scale and discoloration. If we do not have a preparation, the granite sink can be impregnated with edible oil.
Deciding to buy a steel sink, you need to know that it also needs to be cleaned like a granite sink. There are various ways to wash a steel sink, one of which is to wipe the bowl and draining board with a soft sponge or cloth soaked in dish liquid or a special preparation (here you can insert the name NANSTILL and link it). After washing, the sink should be wiped dry so that no traces of scale remain.
For washing granite, ceramic and steel sinks do not use:
– strongly acting preparations that are produced on the basis of chlorine,
– preparations that have abrasive particles, they can cause destruction of the protective layer, in addition, the sink may be scratched,
– wire brushes and cloths with a hard texture, they can cause scratches on the sink.
Remember not to throw into the chamber of the sink, tea bags, coffee grounds, beet and chokeberry juice and red wine. Such left products can permanently stain the structure of the sink.
